Wedding Criterion provides professional wedding planning and coordination services including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of coordination as specified in your service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual contracts. Typical payment structure requires 25% deposit at contract signing, 50% six months prior to event, and final 25% one month before the wedding date.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional refund terms are specified in individual service agreements based on cancellation timing and services rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Criterion's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Intellectual Property

All planning documents, designs, and concepts created by Wedding Criterion remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their wedding event.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and wedding details. Photos and testimonials may be used for marketing purposes with client consent.
